AI teammate for defence suppliers

Find, win and deliver government contracts.

Argus AI finds the tenders you can actually win, drafts the bid, and proves the supply chain behind it, so you stop losing contracts you should have won.

Now onboarding design partners in European defence.

The live product

Argus AI’s Grow screen: a globe with open tenders pinned across Europe, beside a list of High matches, each with its TED number, buyer, deadline and a supply-chain verdict.
Grow: six open tenders that fit, mapped, each with the rule that matched it. ArgusAI is our fictional demo company. The tenders are real EU notices.

Built on public records

  • EU Tenders Electronic Daily
  • GLEIF company register
  • SAFE Regulation (EU) 2025/1106
  • EDIP

The problem

Two ways suppliers lose contracts they could win

  1. They never see the right tenders.

Defence tenders are scattered across national portals and EU and NATO channels. The ones you could win get missed.

  2. When they do, they can’t prove their supply chain qualifies.

Winning now means proving where every component comes from and who controls your suppliers. Today that proof is chased by email, tier by tier.

How it works

One teammate, from tender to delivery

  1. 01 / Grow

    Find and win

Argus AI matches open tenders to what your company can actually deliver, ranks the ones you can win, and drafts the bid.

A list of matched tenders. Each shows its TED publication number, the buyer, the deadline, and whether the supply chain can be proven against the SAFE limit.
Every match carries its TED number and link, and whether you can prove you qualify.
  2. 02 / Understand

    Prove

It maps the supply chain behind every product, down to the component and up to who controls each supplier, and shows exactly what is proven and what is missing.

Argus AI’s Understand screen: a verdict of RED with three problems, and the supply-chain graph traced from the product down to a sensor whose supplier is controlled from outside Europe.
From the verdict to the one component that blocks it, three tiers down.
  3. 03 / Protect

    Deliver

The map keeps working after the bid. It flags bottlenecks and disruptions across every contract you win, so you deliver what you promised.

Argus AI’s Protect screen: a queue of ten actions, one blocking, with why it matters, the cost at stake and the recommended fix.
Ten actions between you and a GREEN verdict, each with its cost and its fix.

Every pursuit makes the map richer, so every next bid is faster.

Evidence

Know what’s proven and what’s missing

Every supplier relationship carries its source, confidence and status. Nothing unverified is ever shown as compliant.

  • Verified: backed by a document or registry record.

  • Supplier-attested: declared by the supplier, not yet independently verified.

  • Unknown: no evidence yet, so we show it instead of hiding it.

Why now

Europe is rearming, and the money comes with conditions

€150bn in SAFE loans, plus EDIP funding, is flowing into defence procurement. Tenders are out, many more are coming, and they come with strict rules on where your components come from. The suppliers who can prove their supply chain are the ones who will win them.

Security

Built for data you can’t send just anywhere

  • EU sovereign cloud. Argus runs in AWS European Sovereign Cloud in Germany.

  • Isolated per customer. Every customer gets its own encryption key, storage and database.

  • Our own model. The AI runs on infrastructure we operate. Your data never reaches a third-party AI provider.

  • Locked-down agents. Our agents reach the internet only through a single default-deny gateway.

Design partners

See it on your next tender

We’re onboarding a small group of European defence suppliers as design partners. Bring a tender you’re chasing, and we’ll show you what Argus finds.
